Orders ship via GLS or UPS depending on the weight and destination. If you live in the UK, EFTA, or anywhere outside of the EU, taxes and import fees may be collected upon delivery.
* Delivery to zip codes that UPS considers to be "Remote" are charged the UPS Extended Service area fee of €30 in addition to the standard shipping rates.
Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are unable to update your address or cancel you order prior to shipping once it is in our system. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, we will refund the cost of the items less a 20% restocking fee if the goods are still in saleable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
