We ship from The Netherlands to nearly all destinations within Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Oceania, South America & South Africa. You'll be able to select your country and add your address details at checkout. If you're able to find your country, we can ship to you!
Unfortunately at the moment, because of the current political situation, our shipping carriers have suspended delivery to Ukraine and Belarus, so delivery to these locations is not possible.

If you live in the UK, EFTA, or anywhere outside of the EU, taxes and import fees may be due upon delivery.
For orders shipping to North America, use our USA website for quicker transit times and more affordable shipping costs.
Delivery to zip codes that UPS considers to be "Remote" are charged the UPS Extended Service area fee of €30 in addition to the standard shipping rates.
We do our best to pack up orders within 1-2 business days. Orders ship via GLS or UPS depending on the weight and destination. Most orders arrive within 1-8 business days.
When your order arrives, open it up and take a look. If anything isn't as expected, got damaged in transit, or doesn't fit properly, let us know and we'll make it right.

Due to the way we make our products, we are unable to customize single items. In general, we cannot change the kind of paper in the notebooks from what you see listed or change the colors, but we are always happy to hear what you'd like to see us make in the future!
