If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, we will refund the cost of the items less a 20% restocking fee if the goods are still in saleable condition. Due to the way we make our products, we are unable to customize single items. In general, we cannot change the kind of paper in the notebooks from what you see listed or change the colors, but we are always happy to hear what you'd like to see us make in the future!
