Really happy with this bottle. It keeps drinks warm for a long time, and it looks great. Build quality feels solid and premium. I would also recommend getting the straw cap addon, it makes it much more practical for everyday use.

Good weight, crystal clear print, the infuser is easier to clean than any other infuser I've had and keeps the tea warm. Superb!

(The only downside was the transport company GLS - a very poor delivery service. The drivers in our City (Vienna) refuse to deliver directly to the customer. Instead they drop the parcels at the next "parcel drop off station", so you have an extra walk or drive which makes the idea of ​​delivery absurd and leaves the end customer to do their work.) The customer service of Cognitivesurplus tried their best to support me on this. Although they couldn't help with the delivery stuff they were very polite and supportive !!! The product is so beautiful that you forget the hassle again!
