Cognitive Surplus is based in Central Oregon, USA with a warehousing operation in The Netherlands beginning November 2021.

Our Netherlands shipping operation services shipments to the EU, EEA and UK. If you are an existing customer and have ordered directly from our USA warehouse in the past, you may find that the selection of available products available here is more limited. If there is something you can't find but would like to be able to order in the future, please let us know. The EU catalog will continue growing as our shipments arrive.

Orders + Shipping

There is a minimum order requirement of €300. 

Orders ship for a flat rate of €30 to anywhere in Europe. 

We want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and accurately as possible! Most orders are shipped in 2 business days (there may be some delays during the 2021/2022 holiday season as we get up and running).

Please confirm your order details and shipping address before submitting your order, as we are not always able to make changes prior to shipping. Wrong addresses can be costly (and sometimes impossible) to correct, and they cause delays in getting your order to you. If there's an error in the address you entered and you are unable to collect your order, you will be charged any fees we incur to ship and return the package to our warehouse.

If you encounter an error with your order, please let us know right away (within 7 days of receipt) so we can make it right.

Orders can be paid online through the website or by bank transfer. We are unable to accept payment by check or money order.

Web + Online Sales

Retailers are welcome to carry our products in their online storefronts if they also have a corresponding brick and mortar store. We don't allow other online-only companies to sell our goods. All vendors are prohibited from selling our products on auction or marketplace sites (for example eBay, Amazon, etc).

If you need images for your website, you may take them from our website.

All online listings must be branded Cognitive Surplus in the title or description.
